Payment Terms and Conditions

Payment Terms and Conditions for Elopements & Flowers

These Payment Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the booking of elopements with The Wedding Place, LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By booking an elopement with us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Booking and Deposit

  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total elopement package price is due at the time of booking. 

  • This deposit secures your date and covers initial planning and administrative costs.

  • If you are booking an elopement within the same month, the total price will be due at booking. 

 

2. Final Payment

  • The remaining 50% of the total elopement package price is due 30 days before the elopement date.

  • We will notify you when the final payment is due.

 

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • If you need to reschedule your elopement, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss options.

  • Any changes to the elopement date are subject to availability.

The Wedding Place Floral Payment Terms:

1. Deposit:

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your date and cover the cost of ordering flowers and supplies.

  • This ensures your items are held on the calendar and allows us to begin sourcing your selected florals.

2. Final Payment:

  • The remaining 50% is due 7 days prior to pickup or delivery.

  • This gives time to finalize all designs, prepare for your event, and allows for any minor adjustments.

3. Rush Orders:

  • For bookings made within 2 weeks of the event, full payment is required at time of booking.

4. Payment Methods:

  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic payments (Venmo, PayPal, etc.).

  • All invoices will be sent electronically for your convenience.

5. Cancellation Policy:

  • Deposits are non-refundable, but if you need to cancel, we will do our best to work with you on transferring the value to a future event or different product (within 6 months).
